True Value-downtown Milford
916 Okoboji Ave
Milford, IA 51351

Very convenient location, especially if you live South of the bridge and need something to fix something at your house? Whether it is electrical, hardware or plumbing, chances are good you can find it here. Also offer key cutting.

matt@leadcitydemo.com I have called this area home for my entire life, I grew up and went to school in Spirit Lake and moved back to Okoboji after college. I am a 2003 graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in finance. Before starting at RE/MAX, I worked at a local bank in several different areas of banking, this experience has become helpful to my real estate clients.

In 2006 I joined RE/MAX, essentially joining the family business with my parents and sister who taught me the business. I am the only remaining Lippon team member actively selling real estate. In 2014 I obtained my brokers license and I am licensed in Iowa and Minnesota. I received Hall of Fame status from RE/MAX for my production over the years.

I am married with three daughters. Outside of work I like to spend time with my kids and also enjoy golfing, fishing, hunting and following my favorite sports teams. (Real Estate Agent)

Midwest Modern Furniture

Spirit Lake

Talk about a fun place to shop--this is one of the best! The owners and staff (including Britt, the furniture dog) are so personable and welcoming that you'll find yourself hanging out in their store because it's so much like home (or what you'd like your home to be)! They have great furniture, rugs, lighting to fit any budget. They also sell vintage pieces which don't last long in the store! And plants, yes, they even have plants! Plan to spend some time when you come here because there's so much to see! Located at 3520 Hwy 71 South, Spirit Lake or go to midwestmodernfurniture.com.

kymm@leadcitydemo.com I have been with RE/MAX since I became a realtor in 2014. My prior involvement in the home construction business for over 25 years as a planner and designer prompted my decision to sell real estate. And, I love this profession. I look forward to helping clients find a first home or upgrade to a larger home; downsize or purchase vacant land to build that dream home. My mission is to help you find the best real estate investment for your lifestyle. And the professional team at RE/MAX Lakes Realty will make that transition go as smoothly as possible. Satisfied clients are my best referrals. I'm here to help! (Real Estate Agent)
